Effortless

Isn't it funny how we look back at old photographs and find the styles so effortless. Is it something about the passing of time that makes us less critical of the subject or is it the way photos always seemed slightly faded?

I asked my friends recently what image most represented style to them. I got a mixed response (the results will be posted on here soon) including some wonderful old photographs that just spoke volumes to me.

It got me thinking about my own family photographs so it seemed appropriate to do a post on some of those images. I hope you enjoy them as much as i do
